Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Zenith Carex customer account from this page, or from the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account.

What we delete

Your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, password and sign-in details. Your devices stop receiving notifications immediately.

What we are required to keep

Records of your shipments, payments, haulage, customs clearing and invoices are retained for seven years to meet Nigerian tax and record-keeping obligations. After your account is deleted these records are no longer linked to you by name.

Details of people you shipped to remain on their own delivery records. That information belongs to them rather than to your account.

How long it takes

Your account is deactivated as soon as you confirm, and your personal details are removed 30 days later. You can cancel at any point during those 30 days by signing back in to the app. If you have a shipment still in transit or an unpaid balance, removal waits until those are resolved.

Request deletion

Enter the email address or phone number on your account. We will send a verification code to the email address we hold, to confirm the request is really from you.
